SOTY by MSAA sells only 100% authentic and brand new product. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.

Can I pickup my sneaker at local of LA county?

Yes. Local pickup is appointment only. We can also drop-off sneakers to your location but only accepting bulk type order. Please contact us at sotybymsaa@gmail.com

Do you ship outside of California?

Yes. We process and ship orders globally.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items on the list(expect pre-order) are already in hand and ready for pack. Most orders are prepared for shipping within two business days after your place it.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will reflect on what area you live in.

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed for is we shipped an incorrect item than what you order or out-of-stock.
